Happy Halloween!

Halloween was a blast. I caught a cold from the frenzied orgy of parties and candy, but it was well worth it! Apologies today go out to teachers across the country. I wouldn't want to be stuck in a classroom with 30+ oversugared, overtired munchkins for all the money in the world. Hug a teacher today and cut them some slack, folks. This is the worst day of the year for them!

As for the Halloween festivities: This was the first year that we didn't have two firefighters. Jayden decided early on that he wanted to be a soldier and Seanie (who is deep in the "monkey see/monkey do" phase) wanted to be whatever his friend Magnus was. Unfortunately for him, Magnus changed his mind mid-week, so they were not the same thing, after all! Mommy got to flex some creative muscle while channeling the power of social media. Were it not for all the links and suggestions on Facebook, the Sean-bot 2011 may never have come to fruition!
